Small Group PT

Lifted by Lou offers small group PT sessions for women in their 40's and beyond who are ready to embrace a new lifestyle in the next chapter of life.​

Our programming is designed to help you master this next life stage through evidence-based coaching and help you feel strong, sexy, and confident once again!

Communinty

You will join an online community of like-minded women via our private Facebook group to share tips, tricks and get motivation from one another

Learn how to train for your new life stage

As we age, we lose 5-8% muscle mass per decade due to our changing hormone profile. Less muscle = more body fat

 

Your training sessions will be focused on building lean muscle to help you burn fat, as well as protect your joints and bones.

Habit Tracker

During your first week, you complete our Body IQ Questionnaire. This will allow you to see which areas of your life need some improvement and what small habits you can instigate today for long term change.

Learn how to eat for your hormones

Much like your training, you will learn how to nourish your body according to support your changing hormone profile. Why is this even important? Many women tend to undereat when it comes to wanting to lose body fat, which can result in binges, increased sleep disturbances and ultimately self sabotaging your results.

Our program will teach you how to nourish your body and still enjoy your food without restriction. 

Accountability

You're hiring a coach for accountability as well as knowledge and motivation. Each week you will complete a weekly check-in and have a chance to ask me anything.

I am only taking on a limited number of clients who are truly committed to making a change. This is the first program of it's kind in the Eastern Suburbs and I am looking for beta testers who are able to commit to at 2 sessions per week.
