Strong Mums

Stronger from the inside out!

Our two programs, designed and coached by accredited pre/post natal trainers, are perfect for women wanting to get back into exercise after childbirth and beyond. For too long the emphasis has been on returning to a pre-baby body. We strive to change these attitudes and educate mums on how to safely return to exercise and strengthen their newfound bodies for the challenges of motherhood.

Not your ordinary training! Head coach, Lou, has undergone extensive training to bridge the gap between the standard PT course by completing a Safe Return to Exercise course.

No matter what stage of motherhood you're at, we have a program for you!

  • Strong Mums - strength classes designed especially for mums, coached from a fully equipped strength and conditioning facility in Bondi Junction. Perfect for women who want to build lean muscle and lose body fat. To learn more, click here.

  • Buggy Bootcamp - classes are held in the iconic Centennial Park, and all levels of fitness are catered for. Classes are a mix of cardio and strength with an emphasis on pelvic floor and core work. Great for the first step into exercise after childbirth.

  • Lifted By Lou Our BRAND NEW offering. This is for our 40+ ladies. Have you started experiencing perimenopause symptoms? Stubborn belly fat? Sleep disturbances? New aches or pains? Self-sabotaging your results? Learn how to train effectively and nourish your body for your changing hormone profile in our small group PT sessions. All the benefit of personal training, without the price tag!

  • Personal Training - for those who have a particular goal or event that you're working towards and you need the extra accountability and personalisation that comes with hiring your own trainer. e will set out a plan for you to hit your goal and get the results your deserve.
